"William G. Wagner" is a professor in the Department of Psychology at The University of Southern Mississippi (USM). Before receiving his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Florida in 1981, Dr. Wagner was a teacher in the public schools of Vermont and a case worker and regional administrator for Youth Programs, Inc., a court alternative program for juvenile offenders in Florida. Since joining the faculty at USM, he has studied developmentally appropriate treatments for children with nocturnal enuresis, child survivors of sexual abuse, and children of divorce. He also maintai
