Wagner, David E.

David E. Wagner (1939-2009) is the author of "Powder River Odyssey: Nelson Cole's Western Campaign of 1865", a complimentary volume on the eastern column of Connor's command. A serious student of the Indian wars in the West, he worked with Pitney Bowes, Inc., for thirty-eight years.
