He is a screenwriter and a director of many films as: Pearl Leaf Gold Branch (La Ngoc Canh Vang), My Lover Has Gotten Married (Nguoi Yeu Di Lay Chong), The Motive Profession (Duyen Nghiep), My Father And Two Women (Cha Toi Va Hai Nguoi Dan Ba). He won some prizes in the film festival of The Vietnam Cinema Association and the Vietnamese National Film Festival.
