Vollmer, MR Jeffrey John

Jeffrey Vollmer was born in 1968, in La Crosse, Wisconsin, and at eight-years old moved with his mother and sister to the nearby town of Stevens Point. He has two degrees from the University of Wisconsin system, a Bachelor of Arts, and a Master of Science.
