Vinal, Kelly

Vinal is an active duty Chief Warrant Officer in the Army, stationed at Fort Bragg, NC. In this capacity, he manages a large electronic maintenance facility that serves the entire 18th Airborne Corps. At night, he teaches management sciences at Campbell University and the Central Texas College extension on Fort Bragg.
