Roger Lampkin Roger Lampkin earned his bachelor degree from University of Texas at Austin. His Juris Doctor degree is from South Texas College of Law where he was editor of the Law Review, and where he was an adjunct professor after graduation. Mr. Lampkin became an attorney in Texas in 1973 and in California in 1984. He has published various award winning articles. After coming to California, he was an adjunct professor in a California law school and taught a legally orientated course at California State University.
