Carmen Inoa Vazquez, Ph.D., an expert in cross-cultural issues, is one of New York City's most prominent Latina psychologists, with more than twenty-five years of clinical and teaching experience. She is founder of the Bilingual Treatment ProgramClinic at Bellevue Hospital, and she founded and directs the Institute for Multicultural Behavioral Health.
