David Vaver, M.A. (Oxon.), B.A., LL.B. (Auck), J.D. (Chicago), is the Reuters Professor of Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law, Oxford University, the Director of the Oxford Intellectual Property Research Centre at St. Peter's College, Oxford, and a Professorial Fellow of St. Peter's College.
