Amy Vaughn has been studying Eastern philosophy and mysticism for over 20 years. She was drawn to Hatha Yoga as a means of managing a severe anxiety disorder. Her practice and teaching center on stilling the mind through self-acceptance and compassion. Amy has a B.A. in Religious Studies and Psychology and an M.A. in Sustainable Communities.
