Ozzie Vargas is the creator of "Am I Dreaming." Written in two parts; the first within the confinement of jail and the other while out on bail. Am I dreaming is the first novel in a trilogy, with parts two and three soon to be released. Having been emancipated at the early age of 16 has prepared him for the encounter which he writes about. Contrary to many living on the streets of New York, he was well educated; having spent time at NYU and Fordham University.
