Varakil, Binoy

Binoy Varakil was born in Thottumukkam, Kozhikode, Kerala, India. He started his teaching career in St. Joseph's College Devagiri, Calicut in 1998 where he is currently working as Assistant Professor of English. He got commissioned in Indian Army in 2010. Born in October [2004], Voice in the Wind [2012], Stone Rivers [2015], Birds and a Girl [2015], A Sparrow, squirrel and an old tree [2015] and Here is Light [2015] are anthologies of poems he has authored. Mountains, Rivers and Soldiers [2015] is his first novel.
