Creative writing is something that was pushed aside for many years of studying into the night while holding down jobs in London's world of Investment Banking. Penelope first discovered a flair for writing when she penned both hers and her husband's resignation letters on the eve of their departure to Delhi to begin a seven-month backpacking trip around Southeast Asia.
