Asha Sahana is a Post Graduate in Fine Arts, specialising in the unconscious mind and visual expression. Before moving to Spain she taught Art and Creative Writing. Her interest in Spirituality stems from the late 60s. An era that was a turning point for the younger generation of that time. She has pursued this interest throughout her life, with much of her work, both visual and written demonstrating this influence. She also appreciates the Buddhist philosophy on life. Asha Sahana lives in Spain where she dedicates most of her time to writing and painting.
