After spending ten years in professional sales and marketing roles in both the U.S. and Turkey, in 2012 Uygurmen founded Praktika, a training firm that offers personalized corporate training sessions in the concept of Appealing to Emotions and Buying Behaviors. In 2013, he started working with Professor Tom Stein, who is the U.S. manager of IIMP(r) (International Institute for Marketing Professionals), on the subject of Personal Branding. Uygurmen is also a co-author of Stein's upcoming book about Emotional Branding in the entertainment business.
