Ulman, Abraham

Abraham (Avi) Ulman was born in Haifa, Israel, in 1946. He studied chemistry and received his PhD from the Weizmann Institute in Rehovot, Israel. Currently he is a professor of chemistry at NYU, Polytechnic School of Engineering. Avi has published more than 190 papers in leading scientific journals, with over 23,000 citations, and a book entitled "Introduction to Ultrathin Organic Films." He is the editor of six scientific books. Avi lives in Brooklyn, NY, with his wife. They have three children and six grandchildren. This is his first novel.
