Uings, David J.

David J. Uings has had a varied career including work for the Foreign Office Research Department, teaching and education administration, and designing and writing software. He also served on the management committee of a counselling charity and was a school governor for several years. An early onset of arthritis brought about some mobility problems and led to early retirement, aged sixty.
