Author Elisa Tyler is native of Baltimore, MD. She has her Masters in Social Work, specializing in Families, Childrens, and Adolescents.She Co-Founded Diamonds On The Rise, youth development organization with her mother in 2009 to provide enrichment programs and services to inner city youth.
