Tyehimba, Agyei

Born and raised in the famed "Sugar Hill" section of Harlem, Agyei Tyehimba is an educator, author, poet and activist specializing in Black history, student activism, Black Nationalism and education. As president of the Student African American Society at Syracuse University (1988-1990) Mr. Tyehimba distinguished himself through outspoken, dynamic, and results-driven leadership.
