Tucker, Ted

Ted Tucker, a retired engineer, is an Artist Blacksmith, a sculptor and a watercolor artist. He has given courses and written books on these subjects especially for children. This latest, "Fast Concrete Critters," stemmed from an art festival session taught at his grandson's grade school, where it proved very successful.
