Tschirhart, Mary

Tschirhart is an assistant professor of policy and administration at the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University in Bloomington. She teaches courses on management skills, nonprofit organizations, fund development, and organizational behavior and theory. She earned a B.A. in philosophy from Michigan State University, M.B.A. in arts administration from the State University of New York-Binghamton, and Ph.D. in organizational behavior and human resource management from the University of Michigan.
