Tsao, H. S. Jacob

Tsao is an associate professor of industrial and systems engineering at San Jose State University. Dr. Tsao received an M.S. in mathematical statistics from the University of Texas at Dallas and a Ph.D. in operations research from the University of California at Berkeley.
