Dirk Trost was born in 1957 in Duisburg, Germany. From the time he was a young boy, he spent many a summer on the North Sea coast reading adventure stories and fantasizing about writing his own. Fifty years later, he s made his childhood dream come true with the East Frisian crime novel A Murderous Storm.
