Trattner, John H.

Trattner, a vice president of the nonprofit Council for Excellence in Government. A former journalist in the United States and Europe, he spent twenty years as a U.S. diplomat, served as press spokesman for the Department of State, press secretary to a U.S. senator, and was a visiting scholar at American University.
