Martin Booth Tracy, Ph.D. is a retired professor, academic administrator, and international consultant on social services and civil society in economically developing countries. He is a published genealogist on his Tracy family line who first arrived from England in Salem, MA in April 1636. His lives with his wife, Patsy, in Murray, KY where he was raised. He has one son, two granddaughters, and numerous cousins who were the inspiration to tell a story of one of their Colonial ancestors.
