Chef Donny Touchet is a graduate of the Culinary Arts Institute of Louisiana, worked as a Chef at a James Beard Award Winning Restaurant and won a fourth Mobil Star Rating as the Executive Chef of a Southern Grand Hotel. Chef Touchet has owned his own restaurants and catering operations and has gone into semi-retirement after receiving a diagnosis of Parkinson's Disease in the Summer of 2011.
