Tooshi, Alan M.

Tooshi received his Ph.D. from the University of Illinois. Upon his graduation in 1970, he took a reaching position at the New Jersey City University. Since then he has been teaching Public Health Nutrition, Epidemiology, Mental Health and Weight Management to both graduate and undergraduate students. In 1980, he organized the Hudson Diet Clinic in Bayonne, New Jersey, where he has been planning diets for people who wanted to lose weight.
