Toney, Scott J.

Born in Barboursville, W.V. in 1981, Scott J. Toney now lives by the Blue Ridge Mountains with his wife and daughter. He sold his first book, Dusk Crescence, in Indiana University of Pennsylvania's bookstore while earning his degree in Journalism and Public Relations there. He marks his greatest achievement as his family.
