The work of this Pulitzer Prize-winner has regularly graced the pages of numerous newspapers across the country, including the Washington Post, where Tom has drawn and written on staff since 2002. Tom was named Editor & Publisher's 2002 Editorial Cartoonist of the year and the National Cartoonists Society's 2003 Editorial Cartoonist of the Year. He lives in Washington, D.C., with his wife and two children.
