Toboni, Barbara

Barbara Toboni studied at the University of Guam, earned a certificate at the International Business College of Guam, and holds a Social Sciences degree with Phi Theta Kappa honors from Napa Valley College. Born in Pennsylvania, she lived in Southern California until age thirteen, when her family moved to Guam. She now lives in Napa, California with her husband. They have two sons.
