Peg (Wahl) Tobin grew up as an Army 'brat' traveling the globe. She experienced Europe, Asia and Alaska first hand. Her family never stayed in one spot too long; therefore, it was hard for her to make life-long friends. However, she did make friends and she learned quickly if she wanted to be included she needed to speak up and not be shy.
