Title is the developer of the No-Bullying Program which was adapted by the Johnson Institute for distribution nationally. She serves as a consultant and trainer for the Johnson Institute, and is president and cofounder of Teaching Peace, a private, not-for-profit organization that offers training and curriculum development.
