Robert Tillman is Associate Professor of Sociology at St. John's University. He is the author and coauthor of several books on white-collar crime, including Big Money Crime: Fraud and Politics in the Savings and Loan Crisis, which was nominated for the C. Wright Mills award, and Broken Promises: Fraud by Small Business Health Insurers. He lives in New York City.
