John Cecca Jr. grew up in East Boston, Massachusetts and survived a strict Salesian Catholic High School Education. A graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He worked in the airfreight industry at Logan International Airport upon graduation. Feeling trapped, after many years working and feeling that his life was unfulfilled and hollow, he changed his direction. He took on a new challenge as a Junior High School teacher.
