Thompson, Patricia J.

Patricia J. Thompson (Yelena V. Mayakovsky) is Professor of Education and Women's Studies at Lehman College of the City University of New York. She is the author of Bringing Feminism Home; Mayakovsky in Manhattan; Mayakovsky: Phantom Father; and edited Environmental Education for the 21st Century (Peter Lang, 1997). Her articles on Hestian Feminism have appeared in German, Finnish, Greek and Japanese publications. Her articles have appeared in English in Themis, Hypatia, and Philosophy in the Contemporary World.
