The author got his B.A. in Philosophy at Cal State Fullerton in 1982. He was born in Downey, California, in 1959 to a paranoid-schizophrenic mother and a hard-drinking aerospace executive father. At birth he was seen immediately to have many complex birth defects, which, throughout the years became more evident in their scope and severity.
