Harry Thompson was born and raised in California. He graduated from Jr. College in 1965 then transferred to UCLA. During the summers he worked as a grip in motion pictures but left school when he got the opportunity to work as an assistant cameraman, and later as a camera operator. When he was forty-two he decided to go back to school, and entered a two year program in Radiological Sciences at Children's Hospital Los Angeles. After taking X-rays for fourteen years he returned to school for a one year program in Echocardiography at Loma Linda University Hospital. He retired in 2006 and lives in...
