Set editor David G. Haase is professor of physics and director of The Science House at North Carolina State University. He earned a B.A. in physics and mathematics at Rice University and an M.A. and a Ph.D. in physics at Duke University, where he was a J.B. Duke Fellow. He has coauthored more than 120 papers in experimental physics and science education, and has coedited one book of student learning activities.
