Author/Grammy Nominated Songwriter/Diversity Presenter Blues & Music Historian Lamar Thomas was the founder of the Award-Winning, Cross-Cultural Program, known as, SCEAP. The SCEAP (Student Community Enrichment Activity Program) program was instituted by Lamar throughout the Pocono Mountain School District.
