Kenneth H. Thomas, Ph.D., todayOs leading CRA expert, is a finance lecturer at The Wharton School, where he has taught since 1970. He received his Ph.D. in finance from Wharton. Dr. Thomas is an independent Miami-based CRA consultant to hundreds of banks and thrifts since 1975.
