Tharp, Louis B.

Dr. Lou and Anna Tharp are a husband-wife writing team. Anna brings her background in elementary education and the experience of coming to America herself as an immigrant from the Philippines. Lou graduated from Yale and became an educational psychologist. Together, they have traveled in over 70 nations. They truly understand the experiences of children who come to America from all over the world.
