Tenniel, Sir John

Charles Lutwidge Dodgson (1832 - 1898) wrote under the name Lewis Carroll. He was not just a writer but an Anglican deacon and photographer. His is best known for Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, its sequel Through the Looking-Glass.
