Tarl Telford is a technical writer, versed in taking the words of others, discovering overall meaning, then weaving them into a clearly understandable finished product. He annotated The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, and discovered many stories that required this type of technical analysis to complete. This project became the genesis of The Hidden History of Oz saga.
