Chuck Teixeira is a tax attorney who lives in San Francisco near his two adult children and their mother. He hikes and tent-camps as often as work allows. When he can't get away --or when fire evacuations force an early return to town-- he works on his small house at Ocean Beach, reads books or attends live performances.
