Tanzer, Gail

Gail Tanzer's insight into human behavior grew out of her career as a social worker. She returned to school to study art history and taught art history at the college level for ten years.

Tanzer travels extensively to research her novels. Fascinated with the lives of lesser known as well as more famous artists, she is the author of Duccio and the Maesta and Across the Alps.
