Tallman, Maggie

Maggie Tallman taught fourth grade for several years. The rest of her professional life was spent in the Head start program, first as a Head Start teacher, and later as a director of the program for the five northern counties of North Idaho. She spent seventeen years with the program and enjoyed every minute of it. Maggie has five children, ten grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren; amongst them are Marcus and Flynn, the characters in this book.
