The Hon Most Rev Dr Cesidio Tallini is the Governor of the United Micronations Multi-Oceanic Archipelago (UMMOA), a territorial nation and state, and community of nations and states, as well as a multi-oceanic archipelago recognised by, and affiliated with, several IGOs and NGOs.
