Szymanski, Lois

Lois Szymanski is the author of 15 books for young readers, including Little icicle and Sea Feather. She is the only author in the state of Maryland to start a writing club for children, under the umbrella of the 4-H program. She also created a program in which children can exhibit their writing at a county fair, and have it evaluated by professional writers from the community.
