Swinnen, Jo

Johan Swinnen is Professor of Economics and Director of the LICOS Institute for Institutions and Economic Performance at the Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium, as well as a Visiting Professor at Stanford University (2010 2013). He is also a Senior Research Fellow at the Centre for European Policy Studies in Brussels.
