Arloa Sutter is the founder of Breakthrough Urban Ministries, which serves homeless adults and youth and their families in Chicago, Illinois. She holds a Doctor of Ministry degree and a Masters in Urban Mission. Additionally, Arloa serves as pastor of Community Life at the River City Community Church in Chicago and is an adjunct professor at Wheaton College. She serves on the board of the Low Income Housing Trust Fund in Chicago and in a community on the west side of Chicago known for its poverty and crime.
