Supple, Dave

After receiving his Master's in English from the University of New Hampshire, Dave Supple became involved in the saloon business where he did his real post-graduate work. Presently, he operates Dave's, perhaps the only true neighborhood bar in downtown San Francisco. He and his wife live in San Rafael with their dog Chekhov. To keep himself sane and out of trouble, he swims in San Francisco Bay four days a week all year round. It makes everything else seem a little easier.
